If you are located in the Temecula Valley, we offer a flat rate delivery. If not located in the Temecula Valley, shipping will be calculated based on the mileage traveled from Wildomar, CA.

Can the glassware be picked up?
Yes, the glassware can be picked up. We are located in Wildomar, CA.
What are the additional fees if a glassware piece breaks?
The rental fee will be charged with additional fees. The additional fees consist of the current cost of the vintage glassware piece plus the shipping cost. The additional fees will be provided to you when a reservation of the vintage glassware piece is made.
Can an order be place the same day of the event?
Yes, an order can be placed the same day of the event as long as the product is available. If you need the glassware the same day please fill out the request form in the Contact tab.
Do the glassware pieces have to be cleaned before return?
The majority of our glassware are old pieces which are sensitive to cleaning solutions. Please, wipe down with warm tap water, and we will do the deep cleaning.
How can I reserve a glassware piece?
A glassware piece can be reserved by filling out the request form in the Contact tab. Once the form is submitted, we will contact you to set-up an appointment to meet. Once we meet, you will have the opportunity to see the vintage glassware pieces you selected.
Can an order be canceled?
Yes, an order can be canceled 30 days before an order has been made. If canceled after the 30 days, 50% of your money will only be refunded.
How can I Cancel an order?
An order can be canceled via email 30 days after an order has been made.
